    Yes. Valuations are free and there is no obligation to sell.

    Can I get a quote without coming in?

    Yes. Complete the quote form or WhatsApp us clear photos of your items and we'll give you an indication. The final offer is confirmed once we've tested the items.

    Do you purchase diamonds?

    Gold Capital purchases qualifying natural diamonds of 1.00ct and above with recognised laboratory certification, subject to assessment. Smaller diamonds are generally outside our buying criteria.

    When will I receive payment?

    Payment is made by immediate EFT on acceptance, and funds must reflect in your account before handover.

    Do you offer mobile consultations?

    Yes. Choose "Mobile consultation" in the quote form, or WhatsApp us, and we'll arrange a time and place that suits you.

    What should I bring to my appointment?

    Bring the items you'd like to sell, any certificates or original boxes you have, and your ID document. We'll confirm anything else when we book your appointment.

    Can I book an appointment online?

    Yes. In the form at the top of the page, choose Book an appointment, pick the branch nearest to you and a preferred date and time, and we'll confirm your appointment by WhatsApp or phone. You can also tap Book an appointment on any branch below.
